Great for breakfast and especially if you're on the run. Have with your morning coffee and away you go. They're seriously delicious, fructose free and easy to make!

Prep time 15 min

Makes around 12 balls

INGREDIENTS:

peanut butter 1/2 cup

rice malt syrup 3 tablespoons

coconut oil 1/4 cup

ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons

sesame seeds 2 tablespoons

almond meal 1/2 cup

desiccated coconut 3/4 cup

coconut sugar 2 tablespoons

raw cacao powder 3/4 cup

Try using organic ingredients if possible. Mix all in a bowl and roll into balls, put on a tray lined with baking paper and pop into the fridge for an hour and they're ready! They do melt so they're probably best eaten straight out of the fridge.

If you do want them not to melt, you can use pitted prunes, experiment with the quantity, just put all the ingredients in a food processor, and roll into balls, refrigerate.

With an abundance of antioxidants from the cacao and good fats from the coconut, protein from the nuts, these bliss balls will leave you feeling satiated for longer!
